We are looking for a Bakery Chef to join our team at Theobroma Food Private Limited and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹30000.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Baking: Prepare cakes, cookies, pies, tarts, artisanal breads, chocolates, and plated desserts using traditional and modern recipes.
Menu & Recipe Development: Create seasonal items, unique taste profiles, and custom orders for special occasions or café menus.
Decoration & Presentation: Use advanced techniques like piping, glazing, chocolate work, and sugar artistry to ensure visual appeal.
Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stocks for flour, sugar, and specialty ingredients, place supplier orders within budget, and track waste.
Staff Supervision & Training: Guide, mentor, and schedule bakers, commis pastry staff, and kitchen helpers.
Safety & Sanitation: Uphold strict HACCP and food hygiene regulations, maintain clean workstations, and monitor equipment condition.
