We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef . The ideal candidate has a passion for desserts, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries
Develop new recipes and seasonal pastry creations.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Manage inventory, order ingredients, and reduce waste efficiently.
Train and mentor junior pastry staff.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry trends.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant culinary qualification preferred.
Willingness to Visit and work at all locations as required
Need new ideas to implement to the company with varieties of pastries and ideas
Need a best chef pastries with new ideas to blind the my company and ideas with different dishes of pastries
