Role: Bakery Chef
Location: Zessa Kitchen, Tardeo
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in preparation of breads, crackers, nut butters, plant-based cheeses, and other whole-food products.
· Execute recipes with precision to ensure taste, consistency, and quality.
· Maintain high standards of hygiene, nutrition, and food safety in daily kitchen activities.
· Operate roasting, grinding, mixing, baking, and packaging processes efficiently.
· Collaborate with Head Chef/Manager to meet daily and weekly production goals.
· Suggest improvements or creative ideas for new plant-based products.
Mandatory Skills
· Knowledge of plant-based ingredients including the making procedure of Cheese and Butter.
· Basic bakery and cooking techniques with an understanding of portioning and measurement.
· Attention to detail and consistency in execution.
· Team player with creativity, adaptability, and dedication to artisanal food making.
· Strong hygiene practices and awareness of kitchen safety.
