We are looking for a Bakery Chef to join our team at Good Luck Bakery Machines and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 40,000.

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily bakery operations including production, quality control, and hygiene standards
Develop and test new bakery recipes and products as per market trends
Supervise baking staff and ensure timely production of bakery items
Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all bakery products
Train and guide junior bakers and kitchen staff
Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure safety compliance in the bakery area
Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Bakery Chef or in a similar role
Expertise in bread, cakes, pastries, and confectionery production
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards
Leadership and team management skills
Creativity and attention to detail in product presentation
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
Qualification
Diploma or Degree in Bakery & Confectionery, Hotel Management, or Culinary Arts
Certification in Food Safety or Bakery Management preferred
