Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and decorate cakes, cupcakes, and pastries according to orders and seasonal menus.

• Expertly handle cream icing, fondant work, and theme-based cake decoration.

• Design and execute custom and designer cakes for birthdays, weddings, and events.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen and work area.

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

• Manage ingredient inventory and report requirements in advance.

• Work with the team to create new recipes and innovative cake designs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cake Chef / Pastry Chef in a bakery or cake shop.

• Strong skills in fondant and cream decoration.

• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and tools.

• Creativity, precision, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
