Position: Commis I – Bakery & Pastry
Location: Daily Bakes & Cakes
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and other bakery products.
Perform cake frosting, cream finishing, and basic decoration.
Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
Monitor ingredient quality, stock rotation, and expiry dates.
Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely.
Support daily production planning and minimize wastage.
Assist in handling custom and bulk orders.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Bakery & Pastry production.
Knowledge of cake decoration and bakery operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
