We are looking for a skilled and responsible Bakery Chef to join our growing food business, Chaska.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage daily bakery production.
Make yeast-based products such as Bombolone, Brioche, Shio Pan, buns, and other bakery items.
Prepare fillings, custards, creams, ganache and desserts.
Maintain consistent taste, texture, size and quality.
Follow recipes, measurements and production SOPs.
Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
Help develop and test new bakery products.
Manage ingredients and minimize wastage.
Plan and execute daily production efficiently.
Requirements:
1–3 years of bakery/production experience preferred.
Good knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, baking/frying and basic desserts.
Should be able to work independently.
Should understand measurements and recipe consistency.
Creativity and willingness to learn new products.
