Boulangerie Amann is an upcoming cloud bakery serving traditional breads, Viennoiserie, sourdough, and patisserie in Asalfa, Ghatkopar West. We are looking for a dedicated full-time Morning Baker for our core team.
This role is responsible for:
Opening the bakery and preparing the kitchen for daily operations
Managing the morning baking of viennoiserie and breads (proofing, baking, finishing)
Ensuring all products meet quality and presentation standards before handing over to FOH
Monitoring fermentation, proofing, and bake consistency across batches
Maintaining workstation setup, cleanliness, and readiness throughout the shift
Helping with daily pastry production
Ensuring quality control across all menu SKUs
Maintaining yield accuracy and cost discipline
Adhering to SOPs
Maintaining professional and personal hygiene
What we're looking for:
Degree / diploma in hotel management preferred.
Previous experience in bread and pastry production
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
Portioning and finishing consistency
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
Basic understanding of laminating pastry is a plus
