Hiring: Experienced Baker

Company: Ssensazoine – The Bake Studio

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: 1–2 years

We are looking for a passionate and skilled baker to join our team at Ssensazoine – The Bake Studio.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare cake sponges from scratch

- Cake layering, filling, frosting, and finishing

- Prepare ganache, buttercream, and other fillings

- Bake cookies, brownies, tea cakes, and desserts

- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards

- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety practices

- Manage daily production and ingredient preparation

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in a bakery, cake studio, or pastry kitchen

- Knowledge of baking fundamentals and measurements

- Hands-on experience with sponge cakes, ganache, layering, and frosting

- Ability to work independently and efficiently during peak order periods

- Passion for baking and attention to detail

Preferred:

- Experience in customised cakes and dessert production

- Basic knowledge of fondant work and cake decoration
