Job Title: All-Rounder Chef
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Department: Food Production / Kitchen
Job Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of dishes, including North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines.
Handle daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Maintain food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
Work efficiently with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Previous experience as an All-Rounder Chef is preferred.
Knowledge of multiple cuisines is required.
Good cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work in a team and manage kitchen responsibilities independently.
Candidates with hotel or restaurant experience will be preferred.
