Role Summary:
A Collection Executive is responsible for following up with customers for pending premium payments, policy renewals, and maintaining payment records. The role also includes customer communication and coordination with internal teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or email regarding pending premium payments.
Follow up for insurance policy renewals before due dates.
Maintain proper records of collections and customer responses.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for policy-related updates.
Resolve customer queries related to payment status and renewal process.
Ensure timely collection of premiums and reduce overdue payments.
Update daily collection reports and MIS records.
Build good relationships with customers for smooth communication.
Escalate difficult or unresolved cases to the concerned manager.
Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
