Job Role : GRO - Guest Relationship Officer (Cashier)
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests and provide a memorable customer experience.
• Handle cash transactions, billing, and maintain accurate cash records.
• Explain games, attractions, products, memberships, and promotional offers to guests.
• Provide complete information about the center, packages, pricing, and facilities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for inquiries, bookings, follow-ups, and promotional offers.
• Perform opening and closing duties of the reception/front desk.
• Assist guests with registrations, bookings, and RFID/game card activation.
• Promote memberships, birthday packages, and special offers to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Operations, F&B, Technical, and Housekeeping teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain guest records, daily reports, and ensure cleanliness of the reception area.
