Handle cash, card, UPI and other payment transactions accurately.
Operate POS/billing software and generate invoices.
Manage cash counter and maintain daily cash records.
Handle returns, exchanges and payment-related queries.
Ensure proper cash collection, reconciliation and handover.
Provide polite and efficient customer service.
Coordinate with sales and store teams.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the billing counter.
