We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Consultant with hands-on experience in Amadeus and Galileo. The ideal candidate should be able to manage domestic and international travel bookings while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight bookings using Amadeus and Galileo.
Book hotels, holiday packages, visas, travel insurance, and other travel services.
Assist clients with itinerary planning, fare quotations, and travel documentation.
Manage ticket reissues, cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes.
Ensure accuracy in reservations and maintain customer records.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to resolve client queries.
Stay updated on airline policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a travel agency or travel management company.
Proficiency in Amadeus and Galileo GDS (mandatory).
Good knowledge of domestic and international travel procedures.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Preferred Skills
Experience in corporate travel management.
Knowledge of visa processing and international travel documentation.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
