We are looking for a Tourism Educative to join our team Make My Bharat Yatra. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a 25000-45000 salary.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tour Packages Briefing:
Provide complete information on destinations, itineraries, and pricing.
Assist clients in selecting suitable packages based on their preferences and budget.
2. Ticket Bookings:
Manage flight, train, and bus bookings as per client requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate ticket confirmations.
3. Booking Confirmation:
Coordinate with vendors and clients to confirm all travel arrangements.
Share itineraries and accommodation details with clients.
4. Booking Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Handle cancellations, refunds, and reschedules as per company policy.
Ensure smooth coordination with service providers and clients.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and Fresher To Experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
