HIRING -

Tendering & Billing Executive

Location : Chembur

Experience: 5–7 Years

Salary: ₹4 – ₹5LPA (Negotiable based on experience & interview)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage tendering and billing operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-tendering, documentation, and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end tendering process (GeM, E-procurement portals)

Prepare & submit technical and commercial bids

Coordinate with internal teams for costing, approvals & documentation

Generate invoices as per contract terms and BOQs

Ensure billing accuracy & GST compliance

Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding dues

Key Skills

✔ Tendering & E-tendering Expertise

✔ Billing & Invoicing Knowledge

✔ GST Understanding

✔ MS Excel Proficiency

✔ Strong Coordination & Communication Skills

Qualification

Graduate (Commerce / Engineering preferred)
