We are looking for a TENDER EXCUTIVE to join our team at Sri Vinayaka Enterprises. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Search: Find new business opportunities on portals like GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal).
Document Analysis: Read tender rules, technical specs, and deadlines to see if the company is eligible to bid.
Team Coordination: Work with finance, sales, and legal teams to collect required papers and pricing details.
Bid Preparation: Build complete technical and commercial bid packages in the correct format.
Submission & Tracking: Submit bids on time and track their status until the final result is announced.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Tendering Documentation, E-Bid. Arranging documents as per tender requirement and selecting tender from different Website & Leading Newspapers.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
