Job Title: Tender Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant tenders from portals (Government / Private)

• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and requirements

• Prepare and submit tender documents, bids, and proposals

• Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs

• Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and results

• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines

• Handle online tendering portals (GeM, e-procurement, etc.)

• Follow up on tender status and maintain records

• Assist in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantity), pricing, and quotations

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in tendering / bid management

• Knowledge of government and private tender processes

• Experience with GeM portal, e-tendering platforms

• Good understanding of documentation and compliance

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
