Job Overview

Shubham Technology is looking for motivated and responsible Field Survey Executives for the JWIL Field Survey Project. The selected candidates will be responsible for conducting field surveys, collecting accurate information from consumers/respondents, verifying survey data, and submitting reports as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys and consumer interactions at assigned locations.

• Visit households, markets, public areas, or designated survey locations as required.

• Collect accurate information through questionnaires and survey forms.

• Explain the purpose of the survey professionally and maintain good communication with respondents.

• Ensure all survey data is complete, accurate, and submitted within the given timeline.

• Meet daily and monthly survey targets assigned by the supervisor.

• Verify collected information and maintain proper records.

• Report daily field activities, survey counts, and issues to the reporting manager.

• Coordinate with the field supervisor and team members to achieve project targets.

• Maintain confidentiality of collected customer/respondent information.

• Use mobile applications, smartphones, and other digital tools for survey submission and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.

• Fresher to 2 years of experience in field survey, field work, sales, data collection, customer interaction, or a similar role.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with outdoor field work and travelling to assigned locations.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and computer/mobile applications.

• Ability to accurately collect and enter survey information.

• Target-oriented and disciplined approach to work.

• Ability to communicate professionally with different types of respondents.

• Candidates should be punctual, responsible, and willing to work in the field.

Salary & Growth

In-Hand Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
