We support industries across India by managing end-to-end apprenticeship programs under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) and the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
Our services include sourcing, onboarding, compliance management, and continuous support of apprentices, helping organizations build a skilled and future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities – Supervisor
Supervise and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for apprentices under NAPS/NATS across multiple client companies.
Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters/coordinators to achieve hiring targets.
Understand client manpower requirements and guide the team in implementing effective sourcing strategies.
Review candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination to ensure quality hiring.
Oversee maintenance of candidate databases, institutional tie-ups, and placement records.
Ensure all documentation and compliance are handled accurately as per NAPS/NATS norms (portal updates, agreements, contracts).
Monitor onboarding processes and ensure smooth joining and post-joining support for apprentices.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, HR teams, and training departments for operational coordination.
Liaise with government officials, Regional Directorates, and Sector Skill Councils when required.
Track team performance, prepare MIS reports, and share insights with management.
Identify process improvements and implement best practices for recruitment and operations.
