Job Overview

Punjabi Food And Spices Private Limited is looking for a responsible and hardworking Supervisor to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising spice production activities, maintaining quality standards, managing workers, and ensuring timely delivery of finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and maintain the correct weight of spices during production and packing.

• Ensure batch-wise production is carried out accurately according to company standards.

• Monitor workers and ensure work is completed properly and efficiently.

• Maintain product quality and identify any irregularities during production.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

• Organize and maintain production records and reports.

• Verify data accuracy and make necessary corrections when required.

• Support administrative and operational activities as needed.

• Generate daily and weekly reports for management.

• Maintain confidentiality of company information and production data.

Job Requirements:

• Basic education qualification (Below 10th/10th Pass).

• 0 to 6+ years of experience in manufacturing, food processing, or supervision roles.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and team management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to work in a production environment.

• Must be comfortable working 6 days a week.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of spice manufacturing or food production processes.

• Ability to manage workers and maintain discipline.

• Understanding of quality control and batch management.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
