The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance and smooth functioning of the entire building. Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring daily maintenance activities of the building
Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of all areas
Supervising housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff
Coordinating repairs, electrical, plumbing, and other technical work
Handling vendor coordination and service schedules
Ensuring all facilities are in proper working condition
Reporting any major issues to management and ensuring timely resolution
