Supervisor

Role: Site Supervisor

Location: Ranchi

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with 6 months to 2 years of experience to support day-to-day site execution, coordination, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site activities as per drawings and instructions
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site labour
• Monitor work progress, quality, and basic safety practices
• Check material availability and inform office/team for requirements
• Maintain basic site records and share regular updates with the design team
• Flag site issues, delays, or deviations in a timely manner
• Support smooth coordination between site and office teams

Requirements:
• 6 months to 2 years of site supervision experience
• Basic understanding of construction, finishes, and site workflow
• Ability to communicate clearly with labour and contractors
• Two-wheeler required for site visits
• Willingness to work as per site schedules when required
