Identify and develop new customers in industries such as plastics, chemicals, pharma, food processing, textiles, power, oil & gas, and OEMs
Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly / quarterly / annual)
Understand customer process requirements and recommend suitable industrial electrical heaters (immersion heaters, flange heaters, duct heaters, cartridge heaters, etc.)
Study GA drawings, temperature requirements, power calculations, and site conditions
Prepare techno-commercial quotations in coordination with design and accounts
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and technical clarifications
Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into orders
Ensure proper handover of orders to production and execution teams
Maintain customer data, inquiry tracking, and sales reports
Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
Coordinate during inspection, dispatch, and installation (if required)
Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in coordination with internal teams
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
