Key Responsibilities
· Manage and track customer POs/orders from receipt to completion.
· Maintain quotations, POs, customer details, and other sales documents.
· Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Service, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
· Follow up on customer payments and coordinate for timely recovery.
· Coordinate dispatch after required payment and approvals.
· Maintain updated order status and follow up on pending activities.
· Coordinate with customers regarding orders, delivery, and installation.
· Prepare and maintain sales, order, recovery, and other required MIS reports.
· Escalate delays or issues to the reporting manager.
· Ensure compliance with defined sales and order processing procedures
Basic Technical / Functional Skills
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Basic knowledge of sales/order processing, payment, and dispatch processes.
· Good coordination, follow-up, communication, and customer-handling skills.
· Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
Preferred Qualification & Experience
· Graduate in any stream.
· 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Order Management, or a similar role.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
