Job Overview

We are looking for a SAP Operator to handle day-to-day SAP data entry, transaction processing, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely records in the SAP system and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day SAP data entry, transaction processing, and system updates accurately.

• Create, update, and maintain SAP records, documents, and operational data.

• Verify data and supporting documents before entering transactions into SAP.

• Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Stores, Operations, and other departments for required information.

• Generate SAP reports and provide data as required by the management.

• Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of assigned SAP-related activities.

• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams for correction.

• Follow company procedures, data accuracy standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant computer/SAP certification will be an advantage.

• Working knowledge of SAP ERP and MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Good typing, data-entry, documentation, and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

• Prior experience in SAP data entry/operations will be preferred.
