Job Post – Sales Coordinator / Executive

Position: Sales Coordinator / Executive
Department: Back Office
Location: Rashbehari, South Kolkata
Experience Required: Fresher to 2 Years
Gender Preference: Female Preferred- Graduate

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team regarding daily activities and updates
Maintain and update sales records and databases
Perform accurate data entry and documentation work
Prepare reports and maintain proper records
Handle back-office coordination and administrative support
Ensure all sales and data records are properly organized and updated regularly

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory
Must know HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Table
Basic computer and data handling knowledge
Good communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and organized working style

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers can also apply
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome
Female candidates preferred
