About the Role -

We are looking for a sharp-minded, attentive, and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as a Quality Control (QC) Associate.

The candidate will be responsible for checking and reviewing work accurately, identifying errors, and ensuring that the required quality standards are maintained. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities -

• Review and verify work with a high level of accuracy.

• Identify errors, discrepancies, and quality issues.

• Ensure all tasks are completed according to company standards.

• Maintain attention to detail while handling day-to-day QC activities.

• Coordinate with the operations team whenever required.

• Maintain accuracy and consistency in assigned tasks.

Your Daily Hustle-

As our Catalogue Quality Associate, you won't just be looking at data; you'll be perfecting it. Your role includes:

• Verifying product details from distributor Excel sheets against live listings.

• Triple-checking titles, specs, sizes, and quantities for absolute consistency.

• Spotting missing info or mismatches that others might miss.

• Keeping organized records of discrepancies and ensuring they get fixed.

• Maintaining a gold standard for our digital storefronts.

• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.

• Good communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new responsibilities.

Work Schedule-

• Type: Work from Office.

• Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).

• Shift: 9 hours per day including 1 hour break.

Contract & Career Growth :

This position is initially offered as a 6-month contractual role with a salary of ₹12,000 per month.

However, performance will be reviewed during the first 3 months. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, capability, and potential may be considered for:

QC Associate → Full-Time Opportunity → Operations Role → Salary Upgrade

Based on performance and eligibility, the candidate may receive an opportunity for full-time employment and an upgraded role in Operations, along with a salary increase.
