Franchise Sales Manager – RETAIL FMCG

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify potential franchise partners and business opportunities

Conduct franchise sales meetings and presentations

Handle lead generation and franchise closures

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for launch support

Ensure franchise onboarding documentation and compliance

Monitor franchise performance and support revenue growth
