Purchase Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Procurement / Purchase Executive with experience in ELV systems to handle sourcing, vendor management, and material procurement for ongoing projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of ELV products like CCTV, networking, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities

Procure ELV materials such as:

CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR

Access Control & Biometric systems

Networking products (switches, routers, cables)

Fire alarm and PA systems

Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers

Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery, and terms

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)

Track orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites

Maintain inventory and coordinate with project/technical teams

Handle vendor payments follow-ups and documentation

Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and contracts

Required Skills

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Knowledge of ELV products and market pricing

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP systems

Ability to work under deadlines

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (any relevant field)

1–5 years of experience in procurement (ELV preferred)

Preferred Experience

Experience in ELV companies (CCTV, security systems, networking)

Familiarity with brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, Honeywell, etc.

Knowledge of local Bangalore vendor market

Salary

As per industry standards + performance incentives
