Key Responsibilities

Lead procurement strategy and execution across Womenswear (Chudidhar)
Develop seasonal and monthly purchase plans aligned with sales targets and budgets
Own and monitor margins, sell-through, stock turnover, stock aging, and KPIs
Implement and standardize procurement models (BNS, SOR, SAS) as per category needs
Build and maintain strong vendor networks across India; negotiate favorable terms
Good business sense with strong skills in managing margins, negotiating with vendors, and reducing costs.
Collaborate with Retail, Planning, Finance, and Merchandising teams for stock flow and demand planning
Approve and oversee vendor onboarding, product assortment, and replenishment cycles
Ensure documentation & compliance: rate agreements, POs, GRNs, settlements
Coordinate with Visual Merchandising & Marketing for campaigns and promotional buys
Present monthly dashboards on stock health, procurement insights, and gaps to leadership
Drive process improvements to optimize timelines, costs, and vendor SLAs
Lead, mentor, and supervise the procurement/purchase team.
