Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at Vikram Solutions. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new suppliers and vendors

• Purchase mechanical spare parts as per company requirements

• Compare quotations and negotiate pricing & payment terms

• Prepare and manage purchase orders and documentation

• Coordinate with suppliers for the timely delivery of materials

• Maintain vendor records and procurement data

• Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing

• Coordinate with internal departments for purchasing requirements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
