Salary Budget: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, coordinate with vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure the timely purchase of medical devices, equipment, and other required materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.

• Obtain and compare quotations based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).

• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchase requirements.

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Maintain purchase records, quotations, invoices, and vendor databases.

• Verify received materials against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.

• Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice verification and vendor payments.

• Monitor pending orders and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Maintain purchase data and reports using MS Excel and relevant accounting software.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; Commerce or Supply Chain Management preferred.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in purchase or procurement.

• Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• Knowledge of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and inventory coordination.

• Tally or ERP software experience will be an advantage.

• Experience in medical devices or equipment procurement will be preferred.
