Compare supplier prices with marketplace selling prices (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
Select products based on target profit margins, sales potential, and stock availability.
Maintain and update sourcing and pricing Excel sheets accurately on a daily basis.
Communicate with suppliers via email and phone regarding pricing, stock availability, lead times, and product details.
Negotiate better prices, discounts, bulk deals, and payment terms with suppliers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with inventory and sales teams to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new product opportunities.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and profitability targets.
Prepare daily and weekly sourcing/profitability reports for management.
Required Skills
