Job Summary
The Purchase Executive cum Admin Executive will be responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory records, and handling day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality products at competitive prices.
Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order status until delivery.
Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, office supplies, and other requirements.
Maintain purchase records, invoices, vendor database, and documentation.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
Administration Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain office assets and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Procure stationery, housekeeping materials, pantry items, and office consumables.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other service providers.
Maintain records of office expenses and administrative bills.
Support employee onboarding by arranging workstations and office requirements.
Coordinate travel bookings, courier services, and meeting arrangements.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of administrative records.
