Job Summary
We are hiring a Billing Executive with experience in Telecom/ISP billing operations. The candidate will be responsible for invoice processing, accounts receivable follow-up, payment reconciliation, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong Excel knowledge, and experience handling billing activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time
Verify purchase orders, contracts, and billing details before invoice submission
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies
Coordinate with internal accounts and operations teams for payment tracking
Maintain accurate billing records and accounts receivable reports
Handle invoice corrections, credit notes, and payment reconciliations
Ensure compliance with invoicing standards, GST, and company policies
Prepare MIS reports related to billing and collections
Support audit and documentation requirements when needed
Maintain professional communication with clients regarding billing queries
Required Skills
Experience in Billing / Accounts Receivable / Invoice Processing
Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
Familiarity with billing software or ERP systems
Understanding of GST and invoicing processes
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile
1–3 years of relevant experience in Telecom, ISP, Broadband, Networking, or related industries
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
