बैक ऑफिस परचेज एग्जीक्यूटिव

Client Requirement Management -

 Understand client's PR, technical requirements, scope of work and specifications.

 Interact with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Stores and Purchase teams.

 Clarify technical requirements before floating enquiries.

 Maintain enquiry and procurement status for assigned clients.

Vendor & Contractor Management -

 Identify suitable suppliers, contractors and service providers.

 Develop new vendors based on client requirements.

 Obtain quotations and technical/commercial offers.

 Coordinate with vendors for technical clarifications and site visits.

 Maintain vendor database and performance records.

Procurement Activities -

 Float RFQs/enquiries based on client requirements.

 Collect and evaluate quotations.

 Prepare Comparative Statements (CS).

Coordinate technical evaluation with the client user.

 Negotiate price, delivery, payment terms and other commercial conditions.

 Support final vendor selection and purchase recommendation.

 Coordinate PO/WO issuance and order execution.

Order & Execution Follow-up -

 Follow up with vendors for material/service delivery.

 Monitor pending orders and commitments.

 Coordinate between Client, Vendor and Contractor.

 Resolve technical, commercial and execution-related issues.

 Ensure timely completion of procurement requirements.

MIS & Reporting -

 Maintain enquiry, quotation, order and delivery status.

 Prepare regular procurement MIS.

 Track open enquiries, pending quotations, orders and deliveries.

 Highlight critical and delayed procurement items to management.

Procurement Skills -

1 RFQ preparation and quotation collection.

2 Vendor identification and development.

3 Comparative statement preparation.

4 Basic commercial negotiation.

5 PO/WO understanding.

6 Delivery and vendor follow-up.

7 Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP will be an advantage.
