Job Opening – Purchase & Reorder Coordinator

Location: Udhna, Surat

Position: Purchase & Reorder Coordinator

Gender: Male

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Department: Purchase / Procurement

Reporting To: Owner / Management

Job Responsibilities

Maintain and update the reorder sheet.

Check current stock, sales, pending orders and goods in transit.

Suggest purchase quantities based on stock and upcoming demand.

Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) after management approval.

Follow up with suppliers for production, dispatch and delivery.

Track China shipments, ETD, ETA and container status.

Update purchase entries in Tally / Excel.

Track pending, delayed and partially received POs.

Coordinate with the warehouse after goods arrive.

Report shortages, delays and purchase-related issues.

Ensure minimum stock-outs and avoid duplicate or excess purchasing.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Basic knowledge of Tally

Good numerical accuracy

Strong follow-up skills

Inventory knowledge

Good communication skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability to manage multiple POs and suppliers simultaneously

Candidate Profile

Male candidate required

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Purchase / Procurement

Should have good supplier follow-up and inventory management skills.

Should be comfortable handling purchase records, POs and shipment tracking.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000/Month

Location: Udhna, Surat
