We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at Speshally Nhs Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹20000 - ₹25000 salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for sourcing raw material packaging material, equipment, goods and services and managing vendors
Managing stock and reorder points
Handle contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers
Identify ideal suppliers based on quality, cost and reliability
Make purchase orders in tally and ensure good payment terms with vendors
Reduce cost of purchase by working on strategies to reduce costs and plan procurements
Search vendors on indiamart and other market places for getting the best vendors with right quality, price and terms.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
