Seema Finechem Industry LLP is seeking a Purchase Executive to support procurement and supply chain operations at our chemical manufacturing facility. The role involves sourcing and purchasing raw materials, coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate procurement records, and ensuring timely availability of materials for uninterrupted plant operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with production, QA, stores, and accounts teams to achieve cost-effective, compliant, and efficient procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

 Source, negotiate, and procure raw materials, packing materials, equipment, and services while ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

 Monitor stock levels, maintain procurement records, and ensure optimum inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.

 Coordinate transportation, shipment tracking, and timely delivery of materials to support smooth plant operations.

 Prepare and manage procurement-related documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and compliance documents.

 Identify opportunities for cost reduction in procurement and logistics without compromising quality.

 Coordinate with production, QA, stores, and accounts departments to align procurement activities with operational requirements.

 Follow up on orders and ensure materials are delivered as per the committed schedule.

 Resolve supplier, delivery, or logistics-related issues to minimize operational disruptions.

 Maintain procurement and logistics reports, analyze trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
