We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchase Executive to manage repeat purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the timely availability of materials. If you have good coordination skills and enjoy working with vendors and internal teams, we'd love to hear from you!

Office Timings

10:15 AM – 7:30 PM

Qualification

• Any Degree or Diploma

• Freshers with good coordination skills may apply

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, retail, textile, or manufacturing is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Place regular repeat purchase orders for existing products.

• Coordinate with vendors to confirm order status and delivery schedules.

• Track shipments and ensure materials are delivered on time.

• Maintain purchase records, order sheets, and delivery tracking reports.

• Coordinate with the store and warehouse team for material receipt and stock updates.

• Communicate with vendors regarding delivery delays, shortages, or order-related issues.

• Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid stock shortages.

• Verify order quantities, invoices, and other basic procurement documents.

• Maintain accurate procurement data and vendor records.

• Support smooth day-to-day purchasing operations.

Skills Required

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to follow up with vendors and manage multiple orders.

• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
