Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Purchase Executive to join our team and play a key role in optimizing procurement processes and driving cost savings. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the purchasing cycle, from identifying and evaluating potential vendors to negotiating contracts and monitoring budgetary expenses.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop new vendor relationships

2. Negotiate with vendors

3. Research potential vendors

4. Evaluate suppliers

5. Create purchasing strategies

6. Monitor procurement budget and expenditure

7. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

8. Maintain stock levels

9. Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets

10. Review quality of purchased products

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• 5+ years of experience with purchase and procurement management.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant procurement software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

• Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and achieving cost savings.

• Knowledge of inventory management principles and quality control procedures.
