Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹16,000 - ₹22,000 salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise and process purchase orders (POs)

• Source vendors and obtain quotations

• Negotiate price, quality, and delivery terms

• Ensure timely purchase of materials and spares

• Coordinate with stores and production teams

• Follow up with suppliers for deliveries

• Verify invoices with PO and delivery documents

• Maintain purchase records and ERP updates

• Monitor stock levels and support inventory control

• Ensure cost control and timely procurement

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
