Job Responsibilities:

• Source and procure raw materials, components, and consumables as per company requirements.

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.

• Track deliveries and ensure timely material availability.

• Coordinate with production, stores, and quality departments.

• Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement reports.

• Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely procurement.

• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of procurement and vendor management.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Experience in purchase order processing and follow-ups.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.

• Understanding of supply chain and inventory management.

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Industry:
