Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities for pharmaceutical products required for international export. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing products from vendors, negotiating prices, ensuring timely procurement, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Key Responsibilities
Source pharmaceutical products from domestic suppliers and manufacturers as per client requirements.
Identify and develop new vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines to achieve cost-effective procurement.
Request and evaluate quotations from multiple suppliers.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement records.
Coordinate with suppliers for product availability, lead times, and shipment schedules.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of products to meet export commitments.
Maintain supplier databases, rate lists, and procurement documentation.
Coordinate with the Export and Logistics teams regarding dispatch timelines and documentation requirements.
Verify product specifications, batch details, shelf life, and regulatory requirements whenever applicable.
Monitor market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Resolve procurement-related issues, including delays, shortages, and supplier discrepancies.
Prepare procurement reports and submit regular updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Freshers with excellent communication and analytical skills may apply.
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or pharmaceutical exports will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors.
Knowledge of international procurement and export documentation.
Familiarity with procurement and inventory management processes.
