Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Executive with a strong background in construction procurement. The role is responsible for sourcing construction materials, vendor development, commercial negotiations, purchase order management, and ensuring timely availability of materials for ongoing projects while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of civil construction materials, MEP items, finishing materials, and site consumables.

• Float RFQs, obtain quotations, prepare techno-commercial comparative statements, and finalize vendors.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.

• Issue Purchase Orders and monitor timely deliveries to project sites.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Stores, and Accounts for procurement planning.

• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop vendors while maintaining long-term supplier relationships.

• Track inventory requirements and ensure uninterrupted material availability.

• Maintain procurement records, vendor database, contracts, ERP updates, and MIS reports.

• Support audits and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or Procurement is an added advantage.

• 3–8 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Supply Chain within Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate, or EPC.
