We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at Kemical Konnect. The role involves developing and coordinating with vendors and providing information accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable domestic and international suppliers.

• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely procurement.

• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams for smooth order execution.

• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and resolve supply-related issues.

• Maintain vendor records, pricing history, and procurement documentation.

• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

• Monitor inventory requirements and support timely replenishment.

• Submit regular procurement reports and perform other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, negotiation skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
