Eternal M Creations Pvt Ltd is a growing interior design firm specializing in innovative and customized design solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to strengthen our procurement process.

Job Summary:

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials required for residential interior and civil projects, while ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure materials required for residential interior and civil projects

• Identify and develop reliable vendors for materials such as laminates, plywood, hardware, furniture, lighting, and civil-related items

• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate best possible rates

• Prepare and process purchase orders as per project requirements

• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to sites

• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and vendor details

• Coordinate with design and site execution teams for accurate material requirements

• Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory

• Ensure quality of materials received as per specifications

• Effectively interact and coordinate with vendors for smooth operations

• Focus on cost saving and cost cutting without compromising on quality

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in purchase/procurement (preferably in interior design or civil industry)

• Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design

• Good knowledge of interior and civil materials

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to interact effectively with vendors

• Cost-conscious mindset with strong cost saving and cost control skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation

• Ability to work under deadlines

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
