Job Title: Purchase Executive Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchase Executive Assistant to support the procurement team. The candidate will assist in vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and maintaining records to ensure smooth purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders (POs)

• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations and deliveries

• Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery

• Compare and evaluate supplier quotations

• Support inventory management and stock monitoring

• Handle documentation related to procurement and billing

• Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers (if required)

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of Tally / ERP systems

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

• Attention to detail and accuracy
