Job Title: Purchase Assistant

Eligibility: Only married female candidates may apply

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Purchase Assistant to support our purchasing and procurement activities. The candidate will assist in sourcing materials, maintaining records, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing purchase orders and follow up with suppliers

• Maintain purchase records, bills, and invoices

• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules

• Track material requirements and stock availability

• Ensure timely procurement of materials as per company needs

• Support the purchase team in daily administrative work

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of purchase-related data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or equivalent qualification

• Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)

• Ability to manage records accurately

• Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in purchase or office work preferred

Working Hours:

• As per company policy

Salary:

• As per experience and interview discussion
